HELLO! We are thrilled to have you as our guests as you enjoy a day at Failla Villa. We trust that you will leave with buckets of life long happy memories and a deeply refreshed soul.   

 

DURING YOUR STAY, PLEASE HELP US WITH THE FOLLOWING:

1. First and foremost Failla Villa is NOT a party house. Should we discover such an event taking place, we will remove you from the property, keep your money and ruin all your fun.  

2. Please SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! A lifeguard is not on duty. Please swim with a buddy.  Pool capacity is 10. Please no diving whatsoever. And parents, unless your children are under your direct supervision we insist that you keep them a far distance from the pool…or any of our water features here at Failla Villa (Koi Pond, Courtyard Fountain and the rivers in the back and front yard).  Excellent parental supervision is a must!

3. Please do not go fishing in the Koi Pond and please DO NOT feed the fish or turtles or throw rocks or debri into the pond. They have very sensitive tummies. And do not wade in the Koi pond…unless you want to lose your shorts to Tilly and Tommy, the snapping turtles. Trust us.   

4. SMOKING is not permitted anywhere on the property

5. No glitter, confetti, rice, or sparklers permitted.

6. PETS are not permitted.

7. ALCOHOL is allowed but please consume in moderation.  We have zero tolerance for drunks. 

8. If you choose to BBQ, please TURN OFF PROPANE when through.

9. Should you choose to enjoy the bon-fire area, DO NOT LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED. Keep the flames low and be sure to put it out completely with water before you hit the sack. Bon-fire pit not available during the months of June-October.

10. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down. Quiet time is between 9:00pm-8:00am. 

11. Feel free listen to music but at a pleasant level. Due to noise restrictions, music / PA systems - any outside amplified noise is to be set by the owner and allowed only in the Chapel Barn.

12. As owners, we reserve the right to ask guests and visitors to vacate the property if they are not behaving in a manner worthy of our values, causing a disturbance, acting disrespectful, intoxicated, and/or not honoring the contract. Again, Failla Villa is not a party house - please don't test us on this.

13. Please feel free to use the sports equipment in the shed – just put it back when you are through.

14. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the HOT TUBS or SUANA at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub and sauna remember there is a certain health risk associated with hot tubs. Use at your own risk.  DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS.  Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support people.  They will break and you will be charged for replacement.  Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Please DON’T FORGET to turn off, heater and jets when you are through.

15. VEHICLES MUST PARK within the backyard coral or along the side of the tennis court. Please do not park your cars anywhere along the road, front of the driveway or in front of the garage (except for unloading)

16. For day use, the earliest arrival time is 10:00am and latest departure time 9:00pm.  

17. Day Use rentals of 50 people or more will need to rent a portable restroom as the home bathrooms will not be available.

18. For overnight use - check-in is 4:00pm, departure 11:00am.

19. No additional guests beyond agreement - this includes day visitors. 

20. All guests must be covered by EVENT INSURANCE and each guest must sign a LIABILITY WAIVER form provided by Failla Villa.

21. Exterior signs or banners along the road or outside of home are not permitted. 

22. The owner of Failla Villa or a staff member may be living on the property during your rental period. 

23. Please kick off your shoes before you enter the home. 

24. Home is to be left clean and in order. Any unnecessary mess and/or damage will be charged to your card.
