Water, light and a genuinely serious art collection set the tone at arrival, and the resort has aged into something closer to a grand European hotel than a themed attraction. Multi-year refurbishments have kept the interiors current without erasing the confidence that made it famous.
Rooms read as calm, residential and unhurried: soft neutral palettes, generous marble bathrooms and deep beds that measure well against any five-star city hotel. Lake-view categories are the ones worth the premium, and the Spa Tower offers the quietest corridors on the property.
Dining
The restaurant bench is among the deepest anywhere in the city, from Michelin-pedigree fine dining to a lakefront Italian room that handles a two-hour lunch beautifully. Book the marquee tables several weeks ahead; the mid-tier venues are unusually strong for walk-ins.
Wellness & leisure
Five Mediterranean courtyard pools, a full-service spa and a well-equipped fitness floor make it entirely possible to spend a day here without leaving the gardens. Cabana service is attentive and the morning conservatory walk is the best quiet hour on the Strip.
The casino
One of the great casinos of Las Vegas sits at the centre of the resort: a full spread of table games, a baccarat salon, high-limit rooms and the world-famous Bellagio poker room.

Few hotels are inseparable from their skyline the way Marina Bay Sands is. Moshe Safdie’s three towers and cantilevered SkyPark still feel audacious more than a decade on, and the location puts gardens, museums, theatres and one of Asia’s strongest retail collections within a covered walk.
Interiors are deliberately restrained so the view does the work, and the floor-to-ceiling glass rewards a higher floor. Club and suite categories add meaningful living space plus lounge access; ask about tower placement, as it determines how far you walk to the lifts each day.
Dining
The range is genuinely metropolitan: rooftop destination dining, chef-led signature rooms, refined Cantonese and a food hall that locals actually use. Reservations for the top-floor venues should be made before arrival, ideally for sunset.
Wellness & leisure
The 57th-floor infinity pool remains hotel-guest exclusive and is worth an early start before the crowd builds. Below it sits a serious spa, a 24-hour fitness club and direct access to the bayfront promenade for a flat five-kilometre loop.
The casino
A vast, tightly regulated casino occupies its own levels beneath the atrium, built around baccarat, roulette and sic bo. Entry conditions and levies differ for residents and visitors.
Unmatched for spectacle and connectivity. Service is polished but, given 2,500-plus rooms, rarely intimate.

Wynn is the most composed luxury resort on the Strip. Layered gardens, daylight, original art and immaculate public spaces give it the ease of a true hotel rather than a spectacle, and the staffing ratios show in every interaction from valet to turndown.
Among the largest entry-level rooms in the city, with floor-to-ceiling windows, considered lighting and finishes that avoid trend. Tower Suites function as a hotel within the hotel: separate entrance, separate pool, noticeably faster service response.
Dining
Dining is a genuine reason to stay. Expect destination-level tasting menus, an excellent garden-side terrace for breakfast and consistently high design across every room. Even the all-day options hold a standard other resorts reserve for their flagships.

The spa is the strongest on the Strip, with tranquil treatment suites, a hammam-style ritual and an unhurried arrival sequence. Add multiple quiet pools, an 18-hole resort golf course and a well-specified fitness centre.

Dozens of venues span Cantonese, regional Chinese, Portuguese-Macanese, Japanese and international kitchens. Breadth is the advantage, so it pays to research two or three standouts rather than defaulting to the nearest food court.
